Returns are generally accepted if the
purchased product is not as advertised within the descriptions of this
website. In this case we will provide you with a full refund plus shipping
costs.
In the unlikely event that the wrong item has been sent or the fabric is
faulty, you may choose between a refund or an exchange.
Product photos can only give a broad indication of fabric colours, as
computer/ tablet/ phone screens are not capable or calibrated for
displaying true colours. That is why unmatched colours, equally to
change-of-mind is not accepted as a reason for returns. If you are
uncertain, we strongly recommend to request fabric swatches before making
an order.
We will further reject returns on fabrics that were cut, marked or treated
inappropriately.
Please make your claim within 30 days and provide a proof of purchase. You may use this form for an automated process or get in touch with us by email (shop@silktex.com.au) or phone (+61 386 837 317).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
When you opted for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five business days. If you haven’t received a refund within that time, please get in touch with your bank or credit card company first, as they may take more time to clear the funds in your account.
